Are VACAF vouchers accepted?
Unfortunately, our Camping is not authorized to accept vacaf vouchers.
Are luncheon vouchers or restaurant cards accepted?
We are unable to accept luncheon vouchers or restaurant cards (at the bar/snack bar or grocery store).
Are dogs allowed on the Camping?
Yes, dogs are allowed (except category 1 or 2 dogs) on our Camping Pitch rentals and also in certain accommodation categories: Plaisancier mobile homes, PMR cruising chalets and cruising chalets (for a fee). Your dog must be kept on a leash inside our establishment, tattooed/chipped and vaccinated against rabies.
How many people can stay in a property?
For safety and insurance reasons, accommodation is limited in number of people. 2-bedroom mobile homes sleep 4, 2-bedroom chalets sleep 5 and 3-bedroom mobile homes or chalets sleep 6. It is therefore not possible to exceed this maximum number of people. A baby is counted as a person.
How many people can stay on a Pitch rental?
Pitch rentals are designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 campers.
Can electric vehicles be charged directly at Pitch rentals?
No, recharging electric vehicles is strictly forbidden on Pitch rentals and in accommodation. There is a risk of damage occurring while the vehicle is being charged, and the insurance company will not cover connection to a non-dedicated socket. In the event of non-compliance, you will be invoiced a flat-rate charge of €300 per load. A dedicated socket has been installed at the entrance to our Camping.
Can I add cancellation insurance to my holiday?
Yes, we strongly advise you to add cancellation insurance to your stay, to cover any type of risk, when you book on our website or by telephone with our team. MODIFY THE CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO WHICH INSURANCE IS TAKEN OUT.
Can I cancel my stay?
We cannot be held responsible for acts of God, climatic catastrophes or nuisances that may disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay. Cancellations must be made in WRITING (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, postmarked) 90 days prior to arrival, and must include medical, employer or other supporting documents. Telephone messages and e-mails are not taken into account. Reservations for vacation rentals do not qualify for the 14-day cooling-off period.
Do you offer any entertainment at the Camping?
In high season (July and August), we offer a morning mini-club for children aged between 4 and 10/12. We also offer daytime entertainment and evening events such as bingo nights, karaoke nights, foam nights, etc.
When is the aquatic area open?
Our aquatic area is open and heated from May 1ᵉʳ to September 15, 2024 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Is the pool area heated?
Yes, our aquatic area is heated and open from May 1ᵉʳ to September 15, 2024 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Are swimming shorts allowed in the aquatic area?
For reasons of hygiene and ecology, swimming shorts are not permitted in the aquatic area. Only bathing suits (boxer shorts or briefs) are allowed, and we sell them at the campsite reception.
Can we shop on site?
Yes, our grocery store is available every day from April 19 to September 15, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Are electric barbecues or plancha grills allowed at the Camping?
These electrical appliances draw too much power and cause electrical terminals to trip. Electric or wood-burning barbecues are therefore not permitted. Charcoal barbecues are available for rent at the campsite grocery store.
Is wifi available on the Camping?
We have three totally free wi-fi zones at our Camping: one in the sanitary block, one in the pool area and one on the terrace of our bar. Wifi is not yet available on Pitch rentals or inside our accommodation.
What type of ball is allowed on the multisport pitch?
Only foam balls are allowed on the multisport pitch; leather balls are strictly forbidden.
Is the gate open day and night?
The gate at the entrance to the Camping is open during the day for vehicular access. From 10:30 pm to 8:00 am, the gates are closed; only pedestrian access is available between these times.
Does my accommodation have a coffee maker?
Yes, all our accommodations are equipped with a filter coffee maker.
Does my accommodation have a kettle?
No, there are no kettles in the rentals.
Does my accommodation have an oven?
None of our accommodations has an oven.
Does my accommodation have a dishwasher?
Premium category accommodation: Nautic 2-bedroom mobile homes feature a dishwasher. Other categories do not have dishwashers.
Does my accommodation have a television?
We offer several categories of TV accommodation. These are: the Premium Nautic 2-bedroom mobile home, the Confort Vedette 2-bedroom mobile home, the Voilier 2-bedroom mobile home, the Voilier 3-bedroom mobile home, the Croisière PMR 2-bedroom chalet, the Navire 3-bedroom chalet.
Does my accommodation have air conditioning?
Our Camping Ile de la Comtesse offers several categories of accommodation with reversible air conditioning included. These are the Premium Nautic 2-bedroom mobile home, the Confort Vedette 2-bedroom mobile home, the Voilier 2-bedroom mobile home and the Voilier 3-bedroom mobile home.
Is there a PMR-accessible accommodation?
Our 2-bedroom Chalet Croisière is indeed PRM-friendly, with a ramp to access the large covered terrace, a large master bedroom and an Italian-style bathroom with adapted chair.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For rentals (chalet or mobile home), arrivals are from 4:00 pm and departures until 10:00 am.
Are sheets provided in the accommodation?
Bed linen is not provided in our accommodations. You can add them as an option when you make your reservation. The kits contain one (or two) pillowcases, the bottom sheet and a flat sheet. Double sheet kits cost €13.00 per bed and single sheet kits cost €11.00 per bed.
Do I have to pay a deposit when I arrive?
A deposit is required for each accommodation on arrival. The latter is €150.00. You can pay your deposit by credit card in advance via the link sent to you by e-mail, or by check, credit card or cash.
Are the Pitch rentals accessible for disabled people?
You can stay on a Pitch rental with access to our PMR-accessible sanitary facilities.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For Pitch rentals, arrivals are from 2:00 pm and departures until 12:00 am.
Do the Pitch rentals have electricity?
Pitch rental sites are equipped with 6-amp electric hook-ups more or less close to the site (one hook-up available for every 5 or 6 pitches). To plug in, you’ll need a European adapter plug (available from our Camping grocery store). We also advise our campers to be equipped with a 50-meter reel.
Do the Pitch rentals have 10-amp electricity?
Only our Grand Confort Pitch rentals are equipped with a 10-amp electric terminal.
Is water available on the Pitch rentals?
Several water points are available throughout the Camping. To connect directly to the water supply from your camping pitch, we recommend you book our Grand Confort camping pitches, which offer 10A electricity, the possibility of connecting to the water supply and also the possibility of connecting to the sewage system. For the water connection, you’ll need a ¾ male or female fitting, and for the drain connection, you’ll need a 100 mm diameter plug.
Can I rent a refrigerator?
A refrigerator can be added to your reservation as an optional extra.
Can I rent a table and chairs?
Table and chair rentals are available as an optional extra.
